Create Structure in Your Day
When things around us feel up in the air, it's important to figure out what we can control in our day-to-day routine.
Take time to create structure in your day and make a Stay-In Schedule with times allocated for studying, completing homework, relaxing, connecting with family/ friends screen to screen, listening to your favorite podcast, and treating yourself to watching a movie on Netflix.
There are a few tools for connecting with family and friends, from Facetime on Apple devices, to Duo via Google and Zoom as an independent app.
