Our SBCC student community has suddenly found itself having to stay inside a lot more. It’s pretty different to the freedom that we’re used to. We would expect nothing less than you feeling a little like a fish out of water!
Our typical daily routines have been disrupted, distance from friends and loved ones has increased, which can elevate our fears and anxieties. Now more than ever, we need to look after our overall health, including mind, body, and soul!
We can thrive indoors and take this opportunity to explore different methods for taking care of ourselves, creating new habits, and adapting to this new lifestyle whilst feeling refreshed and renewed.
