Welcome to a workshop that teaches expressive movement and dance to support mental health. This in-person workshop will focus on dance and artistic expression that is both healing and light hearted. Dress comfortably, and enjoy releasing your stress. An especially good workshop if you have been feeling anxious, tired, worn out, and are ready to feel rejuvenated through movement!
