Take a deep breath from election worries! All SBCC Students, Faculty, and Staff are invited to participate in this relaxing yoga session! Stretch, Relax, Vote Yoga combines mindfulness techniques, meditation, and gentle stretching movement that is both calming and grounding! This group will be facilitated by dynamic SBCC Personal Counselor & LCSW, Betsy Phillips.
