Students will gain insight into the health benefits of different foods during this virtual workshop. Discuss the importance of creating a healthy relationship with our bodies and the food we eat. Learn how to make easy, quick, and affordable food on a college budget. The workshop will also discuss food insecurity in our community and connect students to resources. The workshop will be facilitated by dynamic SBCC Personal Counselor & LCSW, Betsy Phillips.
