Join us weekly at The WELL (ECC 21) to learn and practice manifestation journaling. Participants will be guided through writing exercises to identify monthly goals and/or intentions. Through facilitated peer discussion we will learn about the 8 Elements of Health and Wellness and create step-by-step methods by which to work towards goals in each element. Bring a writing utensil and a journal and/or notebook! This group will be facilitated by the Temporary WELL Coordinator, Alex Feller.
