Welcome to a workshop that supports the wonderful sense of breath and movement you naturally have but sometimes forget about during a busy school semester. This workshop will focus on teaching breath work and combine it with some simple movement that is both healing and light hearted. Dress comfortably, and expect nothing except a sense of dropping your stresses away. An especially good workshop if you have been feeling anxious, tired, worn out, and are ready to relax!
