Come join The WELL & ISSP's Language Exchange Program and learn and practice the fundamentals of meditation, relaxation, and build a reservoir of wellness! If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or wanting to relax this workshop is the one for you!This group will be facilitated by SBCC Personal Counselor, Betsy Phillips & The WELL Student Program Advisor, Becky Bean.
