Discussion and practices will be based on a powerful combination of western psychology and eastern Buddhist contemplative practices. This transformative material was created by a Buddhist monk and a psychologist and has a proven track record of improving attentional ability, insight, emotional stability, and resilience. Each week will include a fluid combination of discussion and meditation to honor the specific needs of the student participants.
