The Mindfulness Club is a student lead club bringing students together who have a passion for mental and physical health and wellness topics. Students meet during the week digitally via Discord and in-person every week on Thursday from 1pm - 2pm at The WELL (ECC - 21 across from the Basic Needs Center) to cultivate student support, accountability, and build community. Students enjoy a supportive environment to come together to talk about diverse wellness topics and enjoy meditation and movie nights.
