Learn tools on how to cultivate healthy eating habits for the holiday season! This workshop will discuss the importance of creating a healthy relationship with our bodies and the food we eat. The workshop will also discuss food insecurity in our community and connect students to resources. This in-person workshop will be facilitated by SBCC Personal Counselor & LCSW, Betsy Phillips & The WELL's Student Program Advisor, Becky Bean.
