Drop into The WELL (ECC 21) for this in-person Breathe Deep, Move Freely Workshop for an hour of tuning in to breath, body, and reclaiming awareness. A gentle blend of breath work, Foundation Training, and restorative movement designed to de-stress the mind and body. Enhance posture, release overworked muscles, and leave ready to conquer the day.
