Take a deep breath from the semester! All SBCC Students, Faculty, and Staff are invited to participate in this relaxing Meditation & Yoga Workshop! This virtual workshop, combines mindfulness techniques, meditation, yoga poses, and gentle stretching movement that is both calming and grounding! This group will be facilitated by dynamic SBCC Personal Counselor & LCSW, Betsy Phillips.
