Take a deep breath from the start of the semester! All SBCC Students, Faculty, and Staff are invited to participate in this relaxing outside Yoga Workshop! This Yoga Workshop outside of The WELL (ECC 21), combines mindfulness techniques, meditation, and gentle stretching movement that is both calming and grounding! This group will be facilitated by dynamic SBCC Personal Counselor & LCSW, Betsy Phillips.
