Take a deep breath from the semester! All SBCC Students, Faculty, and Staff are invited to participate in this relaxing Meditation & Yoga Workshop! This Workshop outside of The WELL (ECC 21), combines mindfulness techniques, meditation, yoga poses, and gentle stretching movement that is both calming and grounding! This group will be facilitated by dynamic SBCC Personal Counselor & LCSW, Betsy Phillips.
