Take a deep breath from the week! This in-person workshop at The WELL (ECC 21) combines yoga poses, breathwork, and gentle stretching movement that is both calming and grounding! Bring your imagination and take the opportunity to unwind. This group will be facilitated by dynamic SBCC Personal Counselor & LCSW, Betsy Phillips.
