Take a deep breath from prepping for Finals! All SBCC Students, Faculty, and Staff are invited to participate in this relaxing Yoga & Meditation Workshop! This in-person, outside workshop, combines mindfulness techniques, meditation, yoga poses, and gentle stretching movement that is both calming and grounding! This group will be facilitated by dynamic SBCC Personal Counselor & LCSW, Betsy Phillips.
