ESL + WELL De Stress Workshop (Every Tuesday)

ESL students will come together every Tuesday to De Stress! Students will gain new stress and anxiety relief coping skills and gain mindfulness and yoga techniques to help reduce and manage anxiety and stress in their personal, academic, and professional life. Workshop will be lead by dynamic SBCC Personal Counselor and LCSW, Betsy Phillips.
