Take a deep breath from finals! This in-person workshop at The WELL (ECC 21) combines yoga poses, mindfulness techniques, meditation, and gentle stretching movement that is both calming and grounding! This group will be facilitated by dynamic SBCC Personal Counselor & LCSW, Betsy Phillips.
